    What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    Our MOQ starts at just 100 units per style — one of the lowest in the industry, designed so growing brands can test collections without overcommitting. Tell us your plan and we'll design a batch strategy that works for you.

    What are your lead times?

    Proto samples typically ship in 7–14 days. Bulk production is usually 30–45 days after PP-sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability. Your dashboard shows a live timeline with dates for every milestone — no guessing.

    Can I start without a tech pack?

    Yes — that's the point. Send inspiration images, a Pinterest board, or a physical garment. Our team builds the tech pack, measurement chart and patterns for you. If you already have a tech pack, even better — we start sourcing immediately.

    Do you source fabric, or do I supply it?

    We handle complete sourcing — fabric, trims and accessories — through our vetted supplier network, with testing before approval. If you prefer to nominate your own suppliers, we integrate them into the same tracked workflow.

    How does quality control work?

    Every order passes three inspection gates: inline (during stitching), midline (mid-production audit) and final (AQL-based inspection on packed goods). Reports and photos from each gate are published to your dashboard in real time.

    Are you compliant for exports?

    Yes. Our facility maintains documented social and safety compliance and we regularly produce for export markets, with complete documentation, needle-detection screening where required, and packing audits to destination-market standards.

    What exactly do I see on the dashboard?

    Everything: PO status, sampling progress, approvals pending, quality and inspection reports, production photos uploaded from the factory floor, milestone dates and dispatch tracking. It's powered by the same ERP our own team runs on — you see what we see.

    Who owns the patterns and designs?

    You do. Patterns, tech packs and designs developed for your brand remain your intellectual property. We never reuse or resell client designs — exclusivity is standard, not an upgrade.
